Unreasonable Group and Social Transformation Project are bringing together an exclusive group of top social change and socially responsible business leaders for a life-changing leadership development opportunity.

This five-day training with Robert Gass, a master teacher who has trained hundreds of world-renowned social change leaders on every continent, will be a rich and unique learning experience as well as a rare chance to form deep and sustaining relationships with peers and colleagues from around the world.

The Approach

The Transformational Leadership Retreat provides a range of learning: from visionary leadership, managing organizational change, and team performance; to emotional intelligence, courageous conversations, personal ecology and conflict resolution.  But the powerful transformations that previous participants have experienced come especially from our emphasis on personal mastery: how your state of being impacts the results you create as a leader.

To get these profound breakthroughs in your leadership, you must be willing to engage in deep and honest self-reflection, and to share your personal shortcomings and vulnerabilities, confidentially, with a group of trusted colleagues. Undertaking this self-reflection and engagement together will organically create bonds of friendship and community among the global leaders who participate.
