Robert Gass, EdD, is a Harvard-trained psychologist, organizational consultant, and workshop leader with over 30 years experience consulting to diverse groups range from Greenpeace, Amnesty International and the NAACP, to General Motors and The Gap, to top leaders in the Obama administration. The creator of Rockwood’s Art of Leadership trainings, Robert has for many years served as executive coach to well-known business, political, spiritual, and non-profit leaders. His work is about a path of service that enables leaders to achieve more real results, with less effort, while enjoying life more in the process.
