Leading from the Inside Out:
a year-long training for social change leaders
with Robert Gass EdD and guest faculty
through the Rockwood Leadership Institute
Since 2003, Robert has each year facilitated an intensive leadership development program sponsored by the Rockwood Leadership program. Social change leaders from organizations such as MoveOn.org, the Sierra Club, the Center for Community Change, the Tides Foundation, Common Cause, Jobs with Justice, and Greenpeace have learned to get better results, build healthier teams, create powerful and lasting collaborations, and work more efficiently and sustainably.
Admission to the program is competitive, and oriented towards senior leaders of social justice, environmental, human rights, electoral, and other social change organizations.
